Warranty, Returns & Refunds


At Meeper Technology, LLC, we offer a 100% guarantee on all MEEPER products or your money back. We’d love for you to keep and enjoy your BOT.  If it is not working, please check out our Meeper Garage where we will assist you with your BOT.


If you do decide to return your product, and are requesting a refund it must be returned within 30 days of receiving the product. Items must be returned in new, or like-new, condition and in original packaging. 

You may return a damaged or defective within 90 days of purchase.  Please complete your request on the Contact Form at the bottom of every web page. State whether you want to return the product for a refund or exchange it for a new product due to defect. Also include a description of the defect or damage. We will want your products returned so that we can assess the problem and make improvements.

Once we receive the item and have confirmed the status and condition of the product, you will be refunded the price of the item. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. Money (excluding original shipping costs) for the refunded item will be refunded within 48 hours of receiving the returned item.


If your product is damaged from use/misuse, we will assist you with a repair.  Please review our FAQs to determine if you can fix the issue yourself.  If not, please submit your repair request on the Contact Form at the bottom of every web page.

We will repair your product and you will be responsible for the shipping costs to send the product to/from our Meeper Garage.


We are not responsible for lost packages. We will provide you with tracking numbers and work with you and the shipping carrier to track lost packages. If you are concerned about packages being left at your door, consider providing a business shipping address or requesting a signature for the package.
