The Meeper Controller App is compatible with smart devices that support the 4.0 version Bluetooth (BLE).
- Operating system - 12.0 or greater
- iPad 5th generation or greater
- iPod touch (6th Generation or greater)
Note: For the best experience, we recommend iOS devices. Some older generation iOS devices may run the App, but you may not have all features of the App, for example the Control Room.

Android Phones dating back to 2011 generally have Bluetooth 4.0. However, there are many variations of Android devices. We recommend downloading the meeperBOT Controller App to help ensure compatibility.
Android Tablets. There are also MANY Android tablets. Some Android tablets may say they have Bluetooth 4.0, but when we tested them, the Bluetooth did not work or support the Meeper Controller App. Go to the App Store and download the device to help ensure compatibility.
Only certain Chromebooks have the bluetooth compatibility required and/or support Google Android Apps. You can find more information on supported Chromebooks on this Google List.
Kindle Fire devices back to 2014 do support BLE 4.0, but our experience has been that this bluetooth disconnects frequently and can be frustrating to use. However, there are instructions on downloading the Kindle App here.
We recommend downloading and installing the meeperBOT Controller App to check device compatibility! You can download the App and if your bluetooth is not the proper version, the App will not install.
